I can describe myself as a Poet, Scientist and Entrepreneur. A dynamic professional with 25 years of experience in Management, Research &Development, Health Care/ Value added Product Development, Process development, Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Training, Process Enhancement & Cost Control. Since the call from the heart became very obvious to pay back to society, I have chosen a different path and registered Smile Wellness Foundation (SWF). Happiness is a journey, not a destination, and I feel with this SWF my wonderful journey has begun! I wish to bring as many as possible on this unknown, thrilling journey of exploring within!

I have done Ph. D. (Biotechnology) from University of Pune and I have 29 years of experience across. Cell culture, immunology are my areas of expertise. I had been working as Head R & D departments of renowned Bio-Pharma companies and Contract Research Organizations. I have exceptional skills in communication and mentoring and have passion for child education. Therefore, I am working closely with SWF to ignite the Spark Of Science in child’s mind and try to fulfill the curiosities in their mind by making use of the expertise and scientific knowledge gained for so many years. Desire is to make the every child acquainted with basic science principles to form strong foundation for Science. I feel happy to be part of mission SMILE as it deeply resonates with me.

My Educational Qualification is Ph.D. in Botany. Working as a Professor at Bharati Vidapeeth University. I have more than 30 yrs of research experience in Plant tissue culture, Plant Science. My passion is to promote nutritious, healthy and traditional vegetarian diet. I have expertise in designing ready to eat snacks and ready to make instant nutritious balanced mixes for urban population. I enjoy the association of plants with an interest in teaching plant related activities, including traditional cooking, especially with millets and indigenous ingredients. Through the study of plants, children will learn selflessness, and focus towards growth by overcoming all adversities. Through SWF I am spreading the power of plants to bring about smiles and knowledge of wellness.

Myself Commerce graduate. Current role is of Beautician. I run my parlour which is well established since more than a decade. I encourage my clients with simple tips for become beautiful from inside out. Whenever they are taking beauty therapy, they just open their heart, share, get refreshed and rejuvenated! My work is my passion. I am a great pet lover too. I have been associated with SWF since beginning and I just love to pay back to society by contributing my share. I am actively involved in collecting donations, making Science kits, showing experiments arranging and attending events on field. We, share a common dream of reaching the every corner of India where every child gets to do his/her practical science experiments.
